If you're using Windows on an account that has an Admin, it's possible to get around that security measure with a little bit of creative planning. It's hackable as anything else, with the right set of skills. You'll just have to download a program called Windows Password Changer.

   Download and install Windows Password changer from www.password-changer.com. Put it on another computer.

   Run the software to create a password recovery disk with a CD or USB drive.

   Boot Windows operating from the drive you just made. Choose the “Active Password changer” option.

   Chose the second option. It should be “search for MS SAM Database on all hard disk and logical drives”.

   Press Enter to continue.

   Chose the account number for changing the password.

   Press “Y” to save the changes and exit.
